Membership Rates

Membership

The current annual subscription rate is £18. Associate membership, open to those under the age of 25 in full-time education, is now free. 

You just have to download, fill in, and sign the form below, then send it, scanned or by post (address on the form), to the Acting Secretary. Alternatively, please contact the Acting Secretary, Kevin Grafton (secretary@kcoa.org.uk) for more information on joining the Association. New subscriptions will run until 30 April 2025. 

Membership offers the following benefits:

  • The Journal, published twice yearly in 28-page full-colour format 

  • A £2 reduction in the subscription price to Organists’ Review

  • A 15% discount on online orders with Forwoods Music

  • Modestly priced visits to organs and churches with full afternoon tea, and priority booking for the same

  • Access to free personal advertising (services, concerts) on the KCOA website and networking with other organists via its 'members only' section

  • Reciprocal arrangements with other Organists’ Associations

  • Access to non-musical activities when organised as part of a visit, e.g. a country house or vineyard tour or heritage railway ride

  • Access to expertise and active participation in workshops on technique, repertoire etc

  • Opportunities to play in friendly concert conditions in a composite members’ recital

  • Friendly and sociable interactions during organ visits and periodic lunches with a distinguished guest speaker

  • Opportunities to support young talent through our performance and, in future, composition competitions and occasional crowdfunding campaigns
